Why AUADD needed an app
AUADD works to reduce deaths caused by distracted, drunk, and reckless driving across the United States.
They needed a mobile app to distribute safety content, support advocates, and make road safety resources easy to reach from a phone.
The platform choice
AUADD needed an app for both iPhone and Android. The team chose Flutter so the two versions could share one codebase.
What users can do
People with either type of phone can open the app’s road safety content.
The app has road safety education, statistics, and advocacy materials in cards users can share.
Users can read campaign content and awareness materials from their phones.
Notifications can alert users to campaigns, events, and new content.
