WDNC SMM Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to WDNC SMM, a service provided by Web Dev NC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using WDNC SMM, you agree to these terms and our WDNC SMM Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must meet TikTok's age and account requirements and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

2. What WDNC SMM does

WDNC SMM lets you connect a TikTok account and send a video to that account's TikTok inbox. WDNC SMM does not publish the video automatically. You must open TikTok, review or edit the uploaded video, choose its caption and audience settings, and confirm publication.

TikTok controls the final review, processing, availability, and publication of content on its platform.

3. Your account and authorization

• You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or have permission to manage.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your WDNC SMM session, device, and connected accounts.
• You must review the account, video, caption, audience, and other settings before publishing in TikTok.
• You may revoke WDNC SMM's TikTok access through TikTok's account settings. Revocation may prevent future uploads.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you provide. You grant Web Dev NC a limited license to receive, process, transmit, and temporarily store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot WDNC SMM.

You confirm that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consent needed to upload and publish your content. This includes permission from people who appear or can be heard in a video and permission to use music, trademarks, footage, and other protected material.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use WDNC SMM to:

• Upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or access an account without authorization.
• Distribute malware, probe the service, disrupt its operation, or bypass security controls.
• Evade TikTok limits, moderation decisions, access restrictions, or platform policies.
• Send spam or conduct coordinated inauthentic activity.

6. TikTok and other third-party services

WDNC SMM uses services provided by TikTok. Your TikTok use remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies. Web Dev NC does not control TikTok's systems, review decisions, account restrictions, API limits, or service availability.

TikTok may change or withdraw features that WDNC SMM relies on. We may change, limit, or stop affected WDNC SMM features in response.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using WDNC SMM and revoke its access to your TikTok account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that use violates these terms, threatens the service or another person, creates legal risk, or conflicts with a third-party platform requirement.

8. Service availability and warranties

WDNC SMM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful delivery, TikTok approval, content publication, audience reach, or continued compatibility with TikTok.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Dev NC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from WDNC SMM. This includes lost content, lost revenue, account restrictions, publication failures, or changes made by TikTok.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when WDNC SMM, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements change. We will publish the revised terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
