The Problem

KC Psychiatrist’s existing site was:

What We Built
HIPAA-conscious design. Mental health websites require careful handling of trust signals. We led with the doctor’s credentials, years of experience, and areas of specialization — not stock photos of brains and pill bottles.
Streamlined appointment flow. The biggest conversion win was simple: we put the appointment booking button in the header (visible always) and on every section of the homepage. No hunting for how to book.
Insurance and services clarity. Patients want to know immediately: Do you take my insurance? Do you treat my condition? We built a clear insurance list and condition/service list above the fold.
Performance overhaul. Cut load time from 4.8s to 3.0s — a 37% improvement — through image optimization, caching, and plugin cleanup.
Local SEO. Optimized for “[city] psychiatrist,” “[city] mental health treatment,” and specialty terms like “ADHD psychiatrist [city].”
