1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LumaLink ("the Application"), provided by Web Dev NC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Application.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LumaLink on your compatible devices in accordance with these terms. All trademarks, logos, source code, and design assets are the intellectual property of Web Dev NC.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LumaLink only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Application in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Capture, stream, or broadcast content without the necessary rights, permissions, or consent of recorded individuals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

LumaLink is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every hardware setup or network configuration.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web Dev NC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
